Displaying the Groups Manager

To display the Groups Manager, click Groups Manager on the Reveille Admin console toolbar. The Groups Manager window appears and includes a toolbar with the following options:

• New. Create a new Monitor Group.
• Edit. Edit the properties of an existing Monitor Group.
• Assignments. View and/or modify the Monitor Group assignments .
• Delete. Delete the selected group.
• Refresh. Update the Groups Manager content.
• Diagram. Display a diagram of the Monitors or Monitor Groups that are assigned to the selected group.

Below the toolbar, a list box displays all defined Monitor Groups and includes this information for each:

• Name (#). The names of all defined groups, followed by the total number of defined groups.
• Type (#). Each group’s type either: Level1, Level2, Level3, State, or Region. Followed by the total number of types represented by all the groups.
• Contains. Whether the group contains Monitors or other groups.
• Description. Brief information about the group.

Click a heading to sort the display based on that column. A “down arrow” in the heading indicates the content is sorted in alphabetical order from Z to A. An “up arrow” indicates the content is sorted from A to Z.
